A: We will package your item securely with protective packaging and ship it to you with a trusted delivery partner.

A: If you are based in Singapore, please see the table below,

Normal Delivery
 2 to 5 working days (Not including date of order)
Expedited Delivery  Next working day (cut off: 4pm the previous day)

 

If you are based overseas, we will ship through a trusted delivery partner. Shipping costs and delivery time will depend on your location.

(NOTE: We will be unable to ship large boxes overseas.)

Q: How much is shipping?

A: For delivery within Singapore,

Normal Delivery
 Free with minimum $50 order (If not, $3)
Expedited Delivery  Flat fee of $12

 

For delivery overseas, shipping would be a flat rate charge depending on your location (calculated at checkout).

Q: What if I have an issue after receiving the package?

  • Send us an email within 24 hours of receiving your package.
  • Please include photos, videos and a description of your issue.
  • Please include all order info such as order no, and your name.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple pay, google pay, paynow, as well as Grab and Atome etc. There will be no additional costs incurred when checking out as we will absorb relevant transaction fees regarding the item purchase etc.

For all additional transactional fees, you are advised to check with the card-issuing bank for more information. We will not reimburse customers for any fees imposed by your card-issuing bank.

Q: Do I need a membership account to purchase?

A: No, we accept guest checkouts. However, you are encouraged to create a membership account to view previous orders as well as save your info for an easier checkout during your next shopping experience on our site.

Q: What if I have an issue or made a mistake after checking out?

A: Please check all order information before checking out. If you have any issues or made a mistake, please contact us immediately. We will try to assist you as best we can. Please make sure to include your order number, and any other relevant information so we can find your order.

However, please note that we cannot guarantee we will be able to assist you if you have made a mistake. If any extra costs are incurred due to an error on your part, you will be liable for any additional costs.

Ordering Process And Details

Q: How are measurements taken?

A: Length (across) x Height x Width. Please allow for a ± 4cm difference as well as any odd shape item variations. 

Q: How do I know if my order has been received?

A: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the details of your order.

This email also indicates that your order has been received in our system and is being processed before it is shipped to you. Kindly check your spam/promotions folder as well as it may have landed up there.

If you did not receive a confirmation email from us, please reach out to the team as your order may not have been captured.

Q: May I cancel or change my order once it is placed?

A: Unfortunately that is not possible. Once we receive an order, the item is pulled from our inventory system and marked as sold. All sales are final. 

Returns Policy

Q: What is your returns and exchange policy?

A: We regret to inform that all sales are final, no returns or exchanges are possible at all. Sale items are strictly not refundable as well. No change of mind etc is allowed, we mainly sell preloved items and they will hence not be able to look or feel like a brand new piece. Please inspect all items via the photos provided prior to purchase, and reach out to the team if you have any queries. By purchasing, you are deemed to have read through our FAQs and policies, thank you.

Chargeback Policy

Q: What happens if I make a fraudulent chargeback?

A: If you have any issues with your order please contact us so we may assist you further. It's important to understand that making a false chargeback request is against our policies and is also an offence. We strongly advise against pursuing this course of action as we will take serious action against any fraudulent chargeback requests.

Q: Do I need to check all photos before purchasing?

A: Yes, please check all photos as they are part of the description. Please reference the photos on this site before purchase as there may be more than what is listed on any other external site (eg. Carousell)

Please only purchase after fully inspecting all photos and ensuring you are ok with any wear or issues present (if any).

Leather, Materials & Colour

Q: What if I have specific material requirements (eg. no pigskin)?

A: Please reach out to the team before purchasing if you have any specific material or leather requirements. We will be able to advise you further regarding your specific requirements.

As we stock a wide range of secondhand and preloved leather products, we may not always be able to identify all the details of the leather with full certainty. If the details of the leather has been identified it will be stated as such in the description.

If not stated, please only purchase if you are comfortable with that and don't have specific material requirements.

Q: Will the bag's colour look exactly the same as the photos?

A: We try our best to accurately convey the colour in the photos we provide, however, please note that perceived colour can be variable depending on the source and lighting. We take our photos in a wide range of lighting settings including natural light & studio lighting. 

Please reach out to the team before purchasing if you have any specific colour requirements. We will be able to advise you further regarding your specific requirements. 

External factors such as device, device display, brightness, colour settings etc, can also affect what colour you see on the website. The lighting you have at home may cause you to perceive the colour slightly differently as well. This is because the colour of the light entering your eye from an object mixes up the colour of the illumination and the colour of the object. 

Hence, please expect some normal deviation in colour.

General Wear & Tear

Q: Why does my bag not feel brand new?

A: As we stock a wide range of secondhand and preloved products, some wear & tear is expected. We try to accurately convey this with the wide range of photos available for each product listing.

Please expect some normal wear and tear for preloved goods with all items.

Watches Policy

Q: What happens if I have an issue with my Watch?

A: We will be unable to assist you further for any issues stated in description or visible in photos. Please inspect all items via the photos provided prior to purchase, and reach out to the team if you have any queries. Please note that as a majority of the watches are secondhand and vintage, some wear and tear/ mobility/ functional issues are expected due to their age and no claims can be made for such issues, they may or may not come with a battery etc and may or may not be working due to their age.

Please do not attempt to service or open up the watch yourself as that will automatically void any claims.

For other issues, please contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving your item, all servicing that would be required to detect the issue must have been done by a professional watch repair/servicing shop. You will be required to submit proof of this servicing via email, with a letter from the shop detailing the issue. Any issues with watches will be processed via store credit upon a return of the item(s).

Q: Are all the items authentic?

A: Yes. We only list items that we have on-hand and that have been stringently checked. We ONLY stock items that have been thoroughly authenticated in-house by us and/or our partners prior to listing.

All items are checked for unique brand characteristics such as hardware, material, weight etc. We can also provide an additional LegitGrails certificate on request (with 25$ top up on your side).

  • We also offer a full money-back guarantee for items deemed inauthentic (not applicable if an authenticator doesn't have the expertise to authenticate for any reason) within 14 days by
      • The brand itself with an official letterhead OR
      • Two established third party authenticators within 14 days.

Q: Do the items come with the original boutique packaging and paperwork?

A: We will include what the item comes with under each item’s details for further clarification. Most of our items are preloved and usually will not come with the full set due to that factor.
